data in settings.

seems to take too much cellular data of iPhone. Specially to those user who pay
for data by actual usage, the hashtagImages seems to take too much cellular
data.
To stop
HashtagImages from consuming cellular data you can turn cellular data setting
and can only turn this ON for WIFI network only. This will let HashtagImages
update over WIFI only
