Fix 1: Clear History and Cache from iCloud
and device
Device:
Go to
Settings -> Safari and tap “Clear History” and “Clear Cookies and Data” then
restart your iPhone/iPad. Open the websites again and check if this fixes the
issue.
iCloud:
To
clear Safari iCloud data ->Open the Settings app->Tap on iCloud->Disable
the switch for Safari
You
will be asked to confirm the change. Press Ok and it should be done after that.
Fix 2: Hard reset your iPhone
Open
the web site crashing or freezing. Now do a hard reset by press and hold the
Sleep/Wake (on/off) button for a few seconds until you see the red “slide to
power off” slider (do not slide the slider); then press and hold the Home
button for a few seconds until you see your home screen.
