how to fix call failed on iPhone X, 8, 7 plus and 6s on iOS 11

Many users are seeing Call Failure in Iphone8, iphone X/7/6s and is happening very frequently. iPhone is getting Call failure message from system, when making/receiving calls. This is really annoying as the call failure happens now and then on iOS 11 and with almost all sets Phone X, 8 Plus, 8 iPhone 7, 7 Plus, iPhone 6s, 6s Plus, 6, 6 Plus, iPhone 5, 5s and 5c.
It’s very strange to see that Apple new phones are not safe from calling issues, users have been reporting poor signal strength and 100's of dropped calls since upgrading from an iPhone 5 to iPhone 6 plus 64gb phone with iOS 11. They kept getting dropped calls even switching on to wifi calling. Some users have even had SIM card replaced and  even had my 6 Plus exchanged. My first iPhone 6 Plus shipped with IOS 8 and had these issues. When upgraded to IOS it did not help resolve the issues. Affected users have been tryingto contact Apple for this and apple will say it isn't their fault – Verizon/service provider will say it isn't their fault - they both know it is partially and I doubt either care that much because a marginal number of people are affected.  Turning on wifi calling doesn't work for everyone to fix the random call drops in iphone 6/7.

How to fix iPhone call failed issue :

Solution 1 : Remove your account line from other Apple devices

If you have added any Macs or other devices that can call on your line (iPads, Macs, whatever) REMOVE THEM. This had helped many user and now had perfect call quality on my 6S on Wifi. No dropped calls.
In Settings, Phone, "Calls on Other Devices" - set that to OFF and don't change it.

Solution 2: Change Data settings

Until there is an official launched by Apple,  to fix the issue you can try this and may work for you, changed enable LTE to Data only.
Settings> cellular> LTE data only. Not voice and data. Connectivity is much better for me. Seems like could be a Verizon issue.

Solution 3: Reset network Settings and Try noise cancellation to OFF

First you can try to do network reset in your iphone and an hard reboot and please check if it works. Else disable Noise Cancellation. To disable noise cancellation, head on to your phone Settings-> General-> Accessibility-> Noise Cancellation. Toggle the switch to OFF

Fix 4 : Calling Line id settings
Dial *#31# from the iphone this will fix any lineId releated issue in your iPhone and make it work normal.
