Sometime the issue is with the application itself like youtube, facebook that causes them to slow down or pause videos. Clearing the application's cache resolved the issue for many users.
1.       From a Home screen, navigate: Apps icon > Settings > Applications (Device section).
2.      Tap Application Manager.
3.      Tap the appropriate app.
4.      Tap Storage.
5.      Tap CLEAR CACHE. This option may not be available for some apps.

Fix 4: Check for virus and malware

It could also be something else like a virus, malware, bad app, etc. To check put the phone in "Safe Mode" and see if you get the stopping. You won't be able to access most apps in that mode, so you will be limited on what you can test. However, if it doesn't happen in there, then it is likely a virus, malware, or bad app.

To get into "Safe Mode" please do the following.
1. First turn off the phone.
2. Next press and hold "Power" until you see the manufacturer’s logo on the screen, then release the power button.
3. "Quickly" press "Volume Down" and hold it for few seconds until you see the message "Safe mode: ON" or something similar.
4. If you wanted disable it, simply repeat the steps above, and you should see "Safe Mode: OFF" rather than on.
