iPhone XR/XS Max users are
facing issue in the iPhone that Every time I make a phone call, I get a
notification that says “Last Line No Longer Available, do you want to call
using your remaining line?". The pop up is very annoying for the iPhone users as

Some iPhone users think it as a
iOS 12.1/iOS 12.2 bug as the issue started to happen after iOS update and there
are no official fix available for last line no longer available. But surely

Fix 1 :
Clear call logs
If you haven't a enabled eSim,
and you have only one line at your phone, try clearing all your contacts in
recent call log and start fresh.

Fix 2: Reset
Network settings
If you do not want to lost all
your call log as mentioned in fix 1, than you should probably first try to do a
network reset on your iPhone. For many iPhone users “last line no longer
available iphone xr/xs max“ got fixed after a network reset.
For network reset please Tap
Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings. You will not lose
any data during this.
Fix 3 : Turn off Find contacts in other app
One other fix you an try is to
turn off Find contacts feature. Not sure how but this seems to fix the issue as
well
