iPhone Kindle App not opening /crashing/spinning wheel in iPhone iOS 14


iPhone XR/XS Max/7 Plus users are facing issue after upgrading to latest iOS 12.3 that Amazon Kindle app is crashing all the times. When you will try to open the Kindle app the app will not open at all and will get is a spinning wheel. Fix 1: Basic trouble shooting  


If you are facing Kindle app crash or kindle app not loading after iOS 12.3 installation, fist basic step to fix the issue is to close the kindly app completely. From the home screen double-click the home button to bring up the taskbar, then press and hold any of the apps on the taskbar for a couple of seconds or so until they start shaking, then press the '-' in the top left of the Kindle app to close it, and touch any part of the screen above the taskbar so as to stop the shaking and close the taskbar.
If that doesn't work then you could try a reset : press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 seconds, after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the iPad equivalent of a reboot.
Apart from you could try deleting and reinstalling the app, though you'll then need to re-download your Kindle books from Amazon.

Fix 2: Try Airplane mode


If the solution 1 does not help to fix kindle app crash on iPhone, you should try another method to fix the issue. First Switch on airplane mode/disable wifi.  Open the Kindle app.  You may or may not get a connection message. Wait for minute or so and then turned the wifi back on, and after that the kindle app should load properly.

Fix 3: Please update iOS version

Please make sure to keep updating to latest version of iOS . Usually these are software bugs and you can expect them to get fixed in upcoming release of iOS 12.
 Make sure the iOS software on your iPad is up to date.
