With
latest iOS 13.2 many iPhone XS Max, XR and 8/7 Plus iPhone users are facing
issue while using that the safari page refreshes randomly resulting reloading the
entire page again and again. The safari browser page reload is seem whenever
there is some action performed on the page like turning on the camera from the
page or whenever user chooses to switch between apps.

example when reading something on the safari browser, if you open other app
like Whatsapp/Instagram, the safari browser is refreshing the page &
loading a fresh which is very annoying. The behavior is seen more frequently
after iOS 13.2 update. Not only iPhone but the iPad are also affected by this behavior.

surely a memory related issue in the iOS and you should always report such bugs
to Apple directly for a permanent fix. Many iPhone users have reported this issue
to Apple and as per latest reports the iOS 13.2.2 fixes the issue for many
users. But if you still face this issue it is recommended to wait for next
release which is in beta stage and fixes the issue for all users.

1: Clear Website Data
As a
workaround to the issue (which may or may not work) Go to Settings, Safari,
Clear History and Website Data. After doing this the safari shold not load the
page randomly.

2: Remove extensions
Remove
some recently installed Safari extensions (widgets bar, duckduckgo, gmail
counter etc) and test how safari behaves after uninstalling these.
