iPhone 11 Screenshots are blurry on iOS 13

iPhone X are reporting issue with that after updating to iOS 13/iOS 13.4 screenshots are blurry no matter how many screen shots are  taken, all the screen shots taken are blurry on iPhone. The screenshot taken are good at iPhone users who have taken at but if you send it using iMessage or MMS to some other iPhone users, the screen shot will appear blurry on other iPhone. Even iPhone XS Max/ XR are taking blurry screenshots with iOS 13.

The blurry screenshot in iPhone 11 is an intermittent issue and is occurring randomly, as some of the screenshots are just fine while some are blurry. The screenshots are blurry with  MMS and iMessage.  The issue is also dependent upon receiving iPhone as in some cases the iPhone 8 receives the screenshots fine but iPhone XR is getting blurred screenshot.

Solution 1 :  Turn OFF “Low quality Image”

Please make sure to turn  off Low quality image on iPhone. Please ensure that the both sender and receiving iPhone are have this setting as turned off.

Go to-> Settings -> messages and make sure "low quality image mode" is turned off. 

Solution 2: Use LTE

This is more like workaround to send screenshots. Some user are seeing the issue when using 4G to send screenshots. Please try using LTE and check if the blurry screenshots are sending normal now. But this is strange that the issue is reported with 4G and iOS 13 only.

Solution 3: Use third party app

If iPhone is sending blurry screenshots across iPhone devices then it is recommended to use third party apps like whatsapp /fb messenger to share the screen shots.

Solution 4: Update iOS to latest version

The iPhone 11 screenshots blurry is surly a iOS bug as it was never there in iPhone with iOS 12. Apple must be aware of this issue and hopefully will fix the issue in upcoming releases. So please update the iOS version whenever Apple release new version.
