Fix 1: Log out from iCloud
If you are unable to reset the Screen time passcode then we recommend to logout from the iCloud and reset the iPhone (Go to setting -> General-> reset). This will not delete any data from the iPhone. After the reset the iPhone will reboot and now login to iCloud and try to reset the FaceTime passcode
Fix 2: Remove all restriction
If you are unable to change Facetime passcode then we recommend you to first remove all app from the restriction and then try to do a password reset.
Fix 3: Update iOS
Software issues are always address in the new releases of the iOS therefore to fix ScreenTime passcode not working issue we recommend to update the iPhone to latest iOS vesion available.
