Many
iPhone 12 Pro, 11,XR and XS MAX users are reporting issue of Bad or poor
internet connection with FaceTime app only. Even though the connection is on
high speed internet still the Facetime work as you are using 2G network
connection. The poor internet speed issue is with FaceTime only and all other
apps in the iPhone are getting good speed connection.
It
makes taking calls from Facetime very difficult as it has lots of poor
connection and due to this people can't hear, and the video connection will say
poor connection. For Example iPhone 12 Pro, full WiFi signal on 5ghz
network with fiber connection with speed more than 400 Mbps and No
issues with other services than FaceTime. The Facetime keeps on saying “Poor
Connection” with good WIFI networks.
