seen status is not updating on the Snap map. The Snap maps keeps on showing
person last seen as say 4 hours ago whereas he is online a minute ago and sent
a snap. This is sure a bug in the Snap Map and due to this issue user last seen
is not updating.

If Snap maps is not updating
last seen then this can be due to known behavior of Snap Map. if your friend on
SnapChat has turn location off in
settings on phone and then open Snapchat will shows him at your last location
with the old time. But some uses are still reporting that even when the
location service are ON but still the Snap Map shows incorrect last seen Time.
How to fix Snap Map Showing wrong last seen Time :
Fix 1 : Make sure to install pending update on Snap Chat
Snap Chat keeps on
adding new feature to the app and keep releasing them on the Playstore or App
store using updates. For app to work correctly you should always update the App
to the latest version available on the App store.
Fix 2: Make sure to update phone to latest OS
There are chances that
your phone has old version of Firmware OS viz Android,iOS. Lots of feature of
apps depends upon OS compatibility. If you have older OS please make sure to
updatethe app the latest version.

'Report a Map Issue'
· Choose
an option for the issue you're experiencing
