Many users are reporting issue with the Funimation app that it is not loading shows on PS5, PS5, iPhone. The issue started randomly and the Funimation is not loading shows. While trying to watch a show the Funimation app just show black screen and the shows won’t load. Fix 1: Try on other device
If some Funimation shows are not loading on your Apple TV or iPhone then you should try to watch the show on the Computer or some other device. Some shows are loading fine on computer but have issue in playing on Apple Tv/PS5/ iPhone etc.
Fix 2 : Try web Browser to watch Funimation
If Funimation app is not working for you, and you do not have any other device to play Funimation videos , then you can also try to play the shows on your device browser. For many users the app works good in a regular web browser but have frequent issues with the apps. Try logging on web version of Funimation and check if shows load fine or not.
Fix 3 : Update the App
Many iPhone users who are facing the issue of shows on loading on funimation app could be due to iPhone is updated to latest iOS 15. But it seems that the Funimation app itself is now updated to support iOS 15 and we expect funimation developers to roll out a permanent fix soon. Please ensure to keep the app on latest version available on store.
