Apple
has recently launched its flagship phone iPhone 13, 13 Pro, 13 Pro Max with
hardware updates and new feature of iOS 15. But the iphone 13 seems to having
some issues like other older version of iPhone. One of the major issue is
iPhone 13 Pro keeps on crashing even in new like condition. The crash issue is
reported with only iPhone 13 series phone and this is not the case with older
iPhone 12/11.

The
iPhone 13 screen freezes randomly and after that it will show colorful Pink or
magenta screen and the after that the iPhone 13 reboots itself. Sometime the
issue is also called “Pink screen of death” lije “While /Blue screen of death” in earlier iPhone models. The crash and reboot
issue in iPhone 13 is frequent and is happening three or four times a day for
some users.
How to fix iPhone 13 Pro Max freezing issue, keeps on crashing and rebooting
Fix : Hard Reset the iPhone 13 Pro
IF your
iPhone 13 Pro Max keeps on crashing frequently then you should try hard
restarting the iPhone. To hard reset your iPhone 13 Pro Max, quickly press and
release the volume up button, press and release the down button, then press and
hold the side button. Continue holding the side button until your screen goes
black and the Apple logo reappears and your iPhone will restart.
Fix : Reset the iPhone 13 to fix Crash issue
Normal
software glitch on the iPhone can also cause crash issue on the iPhone 13. To
fix that you should first try to reset the iPhone. Go to iPhone settings->
General->Reset or Transfer iPhone-> Reset . This will reset the iPhone to
all default settings and you will not lose any data in this process.
Fix : Try DFU Mode to restore iPhone.
If you
iPhone 13 keeps on crashing and rebooting itself, the you should try to
recovery mode using DFU on your iPhone 13. Please note that these steps will delete
data from your iPhone, therefore please take back up of your iPhone before
trying these steps
Entering DFU Mode on iPhone 13 to fix freezing Crash issue :
1.
connect your iPhone 13 Pro Max into
the PC or laptop, Macbook.
2.
Now press
buttons in the following order, one after another Volume Up then Volume
Down and then push Side button.
3.
When the device turns off, hold Volume
Down + Side button for 5 sec after that release only
the Side key.
4.
When iTunes says that it has detected a device
in Recovery Mode, let go of Volume Down.
5.
Your iPhone is in DFU mode. The iPhone 13/12/11 is
in DFU Mode, a pop-up will appear on the iTunes window, stating that there is a
problem with the iPhone.
6.
Click on Restore. Your iPhone will be restored to
factory settings now.
7.
To exit the DFU mode-> Press and hold Volume
Down + Side button until you see the APPLE logo on the screen.
Fix : Delete Third party app from unauthorized source
If you have installed any Third party app from
unauthorized source the we strongly recommend you to delete such app. Also
please delete any app which is causing crash. Also keep your iPhone 13 updated to latest iOS 15 version.
