Disney plus is faster growing platform in world. But there are lots of issue that are faced by Disney plus users on different platforms. Like login error 50 etc. But recently Smart TV, Xbox , PS 4/ PS 5 user are facing issue with login to the Disney plus.

Many users are reporting issue with Disney plus account on PS4/5 that disneyplus.com/begin not working. The Disney plus app is working fine on the iPhone but when trying to watch on ps4 and it says to go to disneyplus.com/begin and when you try to load just gives a black page.
Earlier it was easy process that you have to go to disney+.com/begin and enter the eight digit code that IC on tv and that it will automatically set it up. In disneyplus.com/begin you will get a code but Now it is not working and just shows a blank screen.

Fix : Turn off VPN
If you are using a VPN service to use internet then you should turn that off. After turning off the VPN try to open disneyplus.com/begin works fine or not.
Fix : Uncheck "always open on app"
Please make sure you have not checked "always open on app" while opening the URL . If so uncheck the "always open on app" option as it will constantly sent you circle back to the app.
Fix : Try using computer
Try using your laptop or computer. You should be able to enter the code this way. It's not easy for users to phone.
