Airtag is
really a cool accessory launched by Apple in recent times and quite useful for
the iPhone users to track their valuables. But recently many users are
complaining about the issue with Airtag that the Airtag makes sound when moved
even when it is placed nearby to the iPhone. The battery of AirTag is full and No
notification on iPhone or in Find My App about the Airtag.

The Airtag
will start making beep sound randomly and will 2-3 times in an hour. Airtags
are supposed to make sound only if it is discounted to the iPhone and it moves.
But some user are complaining that Airtag will make sound even when not moved.
This is bit worrying as sometimes you may leave it for weeks on a side as it is
not possible to carry Airtags all the time.
How to fix Airtag makes sound when moved ?
Fix : Make sure Bluetooth is turned ON
The Airtag
uses Bluetooth to stay connected to your iPhone. If Bluetooth is disconnected
from Airtag then it will think that it has lost connection to the iPhone and
thus when moved will make sound. So Keep
your iPhone’s Bluetooth on, It helps the
Tag recognize your phone.
Fix : Reset the Airtag
Other
solution to fix random Airtag sound is
to reset the Airtag for which you will have to remove the battery as
show in below steps :

Press down on the polished stainless steel battery
cover of your AirTag and rotate counterclockwise until the cover stops
rotating.

Remove the cover and the battery.
·
After few seconds reinsert the battery.
·
Press down on the battery until you hear a sound.
Fix : Update the Firmware
The latest
firmware update from the Apple for Airtag seems to create the trouble to Airtag
sound system and causing it to play sound unnecessarily. For permanent fix of the issue, you should
update your Airtag to latest firmware.
