Many iPhone 12/11 Pro Max, XS,XR users are facing issue with sharing screenshot on Whatsapp that after taking the screenshot there is no option to share the screenshot using Whatsapp. After taking a screenshot the option to share it to WhatsApp doesn’t appear.

The issue is happening with latest iOS 14 also and all iPhone models including iPhone 12 Pro Max, 11,XS,XR ,7,8 Plus users are affected with this bug. Sharing screenshot is very handy and useful thing but it seems like that after iOS 14 iPhone users are not able to share the screenshot as there is no option available on the screenshot screen to share it using whatsapp.
How to fix Sharing screenshot on WhatsApp not working : iPhone 12,11,8/ iOS 14
Fix 1 : Restart the iPhone
Most of the time a simple reboot to the iPhone will fix screenshot not sharing on Whatsapp. Please reboot the iPhone and you should see option to share screenshot using Whatsapp/
Fix 2: Turn off FaceId / Passcode on whatsapp
If you have put a passcode of FaceId lock on the Whatsapp app then this might block sharing a screenshot on Whatsapp. Turn off the FaceId/ Passocde on Whatsapp app, this should allow to share screenshot on Whatsapp.
Fix 3: Save the photo to gallery
This is more like a workaround to share photo on whatsapp. After taking the screenshot if you are not seeing option to share it on Whatsapp then you can save the photo gallery and from there you can find option to share it on Whatsapp.
Fix 4: Update Whatsapp / iOS
If still you are not able to share screenshot on whatsapp/iPhone, then this could be a software glitch or bug to fix that you can try to update the iOS to latest version available and also check for any pending updates on Appstore for Whatsapp.
